Shipping



1.  PLEASE ALLOW 2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PACKAGING & HANDLING IN ADDITION TO YOUR SHIPPING TIME.  

2.  For special shipping timeframe requests, email customerservice@prettypushers.com

3.  All products will ship USPS unless otherwise specified.  All options will be trackable and the tracking number will be sent to the customer at the time of order fulfillment.

4.  Pretty Pushers is not responsible for any shipments after the original USPS scan has been recorded.  In the rare case that the customer tracking number shows that a package has been delivered or is otherwise in transit, but the customer has not received the package, this is at the fault of the USPS and not Pretty Pushers.  In the case of a lost package, we suggest that the customer first contact their local post office with the package tracking number.  Then if the package is still not located, the customer may email customerservice@prettypushers.com and Pretty Pushers, Inc will file a claim.  Pretty Pushers, Inc cannot guarantee full or even partial reimbursement from claims, but will put forth all efforts to receive reimbursement for customer packages lost by the USPS.  Pretty Pushers, Inc must first be issued a reimbursement check before issuing a refund to the customer.  
5.  $22.95 for Express Mail shipping, which is automatically covered with insurance of up to $50.  You will receive a tracking number when your order is processed.
6.  $6.25 for Priority Mail Shipping within the USA (2-3 days shipping)

7.  $11.25 for Priority Mail Shipping with Insurance.  In the case that your package was lost, returned, or damaged, Pretty Pushers will have the ability to file an insurance claim in an effort to refund your shipping charge (or shipping + product charge where applicable).  Refund not applicable for package tracking that shows delivery to final destination.
