RETURNING AN ITEM

To return items purchased online, please follow these steps:

1.All returned items must be in good and unused condition.  

2.Include a copy of your receipt.

3.It is recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Pretty Pushers cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.  Send items to this address:

Return Status

•Return times can vary depending on the shipping method chosen when sending the return.

•If you are returning a product without a pre-authorized shipping label, we recommend that you send it by a traceable method. This will allow you to know exactly when the item is received at our warehouse.

•It will take up to ten business days for the refund to be applied once the return has been received.

•It will take 1 to 2 business cycles for the credit to appear on your statement depending upon statement cut-off timing.

•The original form of payment on the order will be credited. If your credit card is no longer valid, please contact customerservice@prettypushers.com  to make arrangements for receipt of your credit.

•To exchange an item purchased from www.prettypushers.com, you need to first return your original purchase before receiving credit for a new one.
